The True Blue Hero program was started in partnership with the BYU football team in the Fall of 2016. Throughout the year, “True Blue Heroes” are chosen by the team to be honored at one of the weekly practices. Typically the heroes are children who are overcoming significant challenges in life.
Coordinated by Jack Damuni, the True Blue Hero program has already touched many lives and given hope to families who greatly deserve the program’s help. It is also a highlight each week for the team as the players are eager to meet and interact with the heroes and their families.
The More To Life Foundation proudly provides the items presented to the heroes during their visit. We have plans to provide further opportunities and assistance to the heroes as the program gains more financial support and the capacity to do even greater good.
If you would like to nominate a potential “Hero” to be honored in the future, please use this form.
